Then IP Modem will actively start the communication connection to the data centre, and keep the communication connection working all the time. If the communication connection breakdown,GPRS IP Modem will immediately re-connect to data centre. Since IP Modem is actively connecting to data centre,it will require the data centre to have the fix public IP address or fix domain.After the successful TCP/UDP communication connecting, it can achieve the two sides data communication between port and network.  remote monitoring centre Remote monitoring centre is for manager to conveniently conduct the managing functions to UPS like real time status checking, basic information management, remote handling control, setting up of different parameters,user management etc. Monitoring software will be showing UPS input & output voltage, load condition, battery capacity,  inside temperature,electric supply frequency and UPS basic information and working status as graphic or data. It will send the alarming report to remind the on-duty person if UPS is not in the normal condition(electric supply interruption or UPS breakdown etc).
